My Silvaner Präzision is my favorite wine.

The Silvaner "Präzision" (Precision) presents a combination of flowery notes, honey and a hint of botrytis. A creamy textures pleases your palate.

"Präzision 2021" is a very interesting blend of 84% Silvaner from the very dry year 2021 with 16% Riesling from the - in Franconia - more than humid 2020. While the Riesling had the opportunity to mature in a barrique for almost 2 years and to develop intense vanilla tones, the Silvaner was mainly (exactly 79%) matured in steel barrels. The remaining 5% were not pressed instead fermented as whole grapes, completely untreated, in balloons as Orangewine. They give the "Präzision" its wild character, which is difficult to describe. A beautiful blend of the classical honey tones of the Silvaner with the vanilla tones of the Riesling and the "Unknown".
